#6. Work Site Fall Yields $7.68 Million Verdict

A Middlesex County jury awarded $7,680,000 to a man who fell 20-feet while working at a construction site in Spotswood, NJ. The injured worker was on the second floor during the framing phase of the construction project, when he fell 20-feet due to a lack of fall protection. Attorney James Pagliuca


#8. Work Site Fall Leads to $5.6 Million Recovery

A roofer who suffered a traumatic brain injury as a result of a 40-foot fall agreed to accept $5,625,000. The worker was installing skylights on a commercial building in Elizabeth, NJ, when he fell to the ground due to a lack of adequate fall protection. Attorney Peter Chamas
