Born and raised in Staten Island, New York, Joseph has built a career dedicated to advocating for those in need. He earned his undergraduate degree in Legal Studies from St. John’s University. During his undergraduate studies, he also gained practical experience through an internship with the Richmond County District Attorney’s Office.
After completing his undergraduate studies, Joseph attended New York Law School. During law school, he worked at a complex civil litigation firm, where he developed a deep understanding of the intricacies of civil litigation and sharpened his skills as an advocate.
Today, Joseph focuses his practice on personal injury and workers’ compensation matters. He represents individuals who have been injured on the job or harmed due to the negligence of others.
