Max Stagliano, ESQ obtained a $5,100,000 jury verdict for his injured client. An Essex County Jury recently awarded $5.1 million to a 36-year-old man who suffered spinal column injuries and resulting back surgeries from colliding with a dump truck in the middle of a controlled intersection.
Plaintiff counsel alleged that the defendant’s failure to make proper observations and failure to yield the right of way caused the accident. As a result of the accident, the plaintiff suffered significant back injuries because of the collision, giving rise to multiple back surgeries. Mr. Stagliano also presented experts in the field of pain management and neurosurgery to support the claims of the plaintiff’s injuries.
