Peter Chamas recently recovered $1.4 Million for a woman who was involved in a collision on the Garden State Parkway. The plaintiff was driving northbound when a construction vehicle pulled out from the right shoulder, across four lanes of traffic and struck the woman’s vehicle on the right side. The accident left the plaintiff with both neck and back injuries that required cervical and lumbar fusions as well as arthroscopic surgery to repair her rotator cuff. The fusions provided some relief but did not completely relief them. Suit was filed in Ocean County Superior Court.
