Michael C. Rose is chairman of Gill & Chamas’ Workers’ Compensation group. He concentrates the entirety of his practice in the representation and advocacy of injured workers with respect to all available benefits under the New Jersey Workers’ Compensation statute. In 2021, Mr. Rose was handpicked to replace newly appointed Workers’ Compensation judge, The Honorable David H. Lande, as chair of the department. Mr. Rose’s previous position as shareholder at the prestigious defense firm of Capehart Scatchard makes him uniquely positioned to anticipate how insurance companies, municipalities, and self-insured entities will defend your claim. In 2021, he was named a “Rising Star” by New Jersey Super Lawyers.**
Born and raised in Marlton, New Jersey, Mr. Rose resides in Springfield, NJ with his wife Gelmarik and two children, Charlie and Emma. His hobbies include classical history, sports, and painting.
