Mr. Parsons is from Ocean County, and a graduate of Toms River High School North. In 1998, Mr. Parsons graduated with Honors from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies. In 2001, Mr. Parsons received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, where his academic distinction earned him a Faculty Scholarship for Outstanding Academic Achievement. He joined Gill & Chamas in 2000 as a third year law student, began practicing as an associate attorney upon his admission to the bar in 2001, and was named partner to the firm in January of 2011.
Mr. Parsons is admitted to practice law by the New Jersey Supreme Court and by the United States Federal District Court. He practices exclusively in the area of personal injury law, including construction site accidents, motor vehicle accidents, slip and fall accidents, and accidents arising from defective products. From 2010 to present, Mr. Parsons has been named by Super Lawyers magazine as a "Rising Star." He is Certified as a Civil Trial Lawyer by the Supreme Court of New Jersey due to his extensive experience as a trial attorney.
Mr. Parsons resides in Toms River, New Jersey, with his wife, Elaina, and their daughter. In his spare time, Mr. Parsons plays the guitar and (rarely) golf, and is fiercely proud of his lawn.
