Mr. Lueddeke graduated from the College of Charleston in Charleston, South Carolina in 2001 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Psychology. In 2006, he graduated cum laude with his Juris Doctor degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in San Diego, California. In law school, Mr. Lueddeke was a multiple honors recipient, a Trial Practice participant and a certified intern with the San Diego County Office of the Public Defender. He also worked for the Jeffersonian Law Institute for the benefit of physically challenged law students.

In 2007, Mr. Lueddeke was admitted to practice by the New Jersey Supreme Court and the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey. He was awarded a judicial clerkship with the Hon. John T. Mullaney, Jr. in the Superior Court, Monmouth County Civil Division. He went on to practice in Monmouth and Ocean counties at both plaintiff and defense firms for the next four years, primarily in the areas of personal injury and medical malpractice.

In 2011, Mr. Lueddeke joined the law firm of Gill & Chamas, LLC, where he concentrates his practice in the area of personal injury including motor vehicle accidents, workplace accidents, construction site accidents, slip and fall accidents, Dram Shop claims, wrongful death suits, product liability actions and medical malpractice cases. He also handles municipal court and criminal matters including traffic violations and D.W.I. defense. He is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association and the American Association for Justice.
