Overview

James Pagliuca grew up in a hardworking, blue collar family and worked his way through school with jobs in construction, landscaping, restaurants, sanitation, trucking and warehousing.  He knows how one lost paycheck can devastate a family. He also knows that financial compensation is a critical part of the healing process.

When an accident happens, the fight to regain your independence begins.  Your friends and family can sit by your side while you heal, but you will need a lawyer to fight for the compensation the law can give you.

Mr. Pagliuca has spent the bulk of his twenty-five year career fighting for people who were injured as a result of someone’s negligence.  He has gained a thorough understanding of the array of issues that arise after a life-changing injury. He understands the specific rules and regulations that apply to various accident scenarios. He knows when to hire an expert on your behalf and he has the understanding of human anatomy necessary to communicate your injury to a jury.

Short of a time machine, there’s no way to erase your injuries, but you deserve to get the money you need to regain your independence.  You may need money to hire help to complete household tasks you can no longer do, to buy an adapted van for an injured child, or to recoup the wages lost over a lifetime. Mr. Pagliuca will fight to get you what you need.

Mr. Pagliuca has represented clients from Bergen County to Cape May County, fighting in court for those whose lives have been forever changed. He has represented clients who have been injured: in automobile accidents, explosions, fall downs, due to medical malpractice, due to a defective product or at the workplace.  He is committed to doing whatever it takes to regain your independence.

Mr. Pagliuca has been the Managing Partner of Gill & Chamas since 2000.  He keeps his skills up to date with regular seminars on personal injury law.  He has been named to the Super Lawyer  list every year since 2010.**
