Kevin L. Parsons

Mr. Parsons is originally from Ocean County, born in Manchester before moving to Toms River. In 1998, Mr. Parsons graduated with Honors from Rutgers University with a Bachelor of Arts in American Studies, and is a member of the Phi Beta Kappa Honors Society. In 2001, Mr. Parsons received his Juris Doctorate from Seton Hall University School of Law, where his academic distinction earned him a Faculty Scholarship for Outstanding Academic Achievement. Mr. Parsons was an active participant in several moot court and mock trial competitions, including the Eugene Gressman Moot Court Competition.

Mr. Parsons is admitted to practice law by the New Jersey Supreme Court and by the United States Federal District Court. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New Jersey State Bar Association, the American Association for Justice, and the Middlesex County Bar Association. He has been with the Law Firm of Gill & Chamas as an attorney since 2001, practicing mainly in the area of personal injury law, including construction site accidents, motor vehicle accidents, and slip and fall accidents, and has tried numerous cases to verdict. In 2010, Mr. Parsons was named by Super Lawyers magazine as a "Rising Star."

Mr. Parsons resides in Toms River, New Jersey, with his wife, Elaina, and their daughter. In his spare time, Mr. Parsons plays both the guitar and bass and enjoys the occasional round of golf.
